The “Water Sector meets Future Water Leaders Market” event was held on April 2014 at UNESCO-IHE, Delft, the Netherlands. It provided the opportunity for the private and public water sector to get acquainted and build long-term relations with the UNESCO-IHE students. Furthermore, UNESCO- IHE students were able to get to know Dutch companies working in the water sector.
The Water Youth Network participated in the event, as we are an organization which could recruit students and young professionals as well. Many UNESCO-IHE students came to the Water Youth Network booth to learn more about our organization- who we are, what we do, where we are involved. Numerous signed up to receive more information regarding the Water Youth Network; some others signed up to maybe become active participants. In sum, the event turned out to be a success and we encourage you all to become active members of the Water Youth Network.
