WYN Welcomes 6 New Coordinators!

The Water Youth Network, a platform for young professionals passionate about water management and sustainability, is pleased to announce a major expansion of its leadership team with the introduction of six new coordinators. Each appointment brings a fresh perspective and expert knowledge to the organization’s efforts in addressing water challenges around the globe.

  • Faduma Ali, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Coordinator: Faduma steps into a crucial role where she will lead initiatives focused on minimizing the threats and impacts of natural disasters on water resources. Her expertise is expected to be invaluable in the network’s efforts to secure water safety and community resilience.
  • Faith A.O., Partnerships Coordinator: As the new Partnerships Coordinator, Faith A.O. will be instrumental in bridging connections and fostering collaborations with organizations and stakeholders that share the network’s commitment to water-related issues.
  • Zeina ElZein, Water Governance Co-Coordinator: ElZein will co-lead efforts to ensure that water governance structures are effective, fair, and geared towards the equitable distribution and policy development of water resources.
  • Loay Radwan, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Coordinator: Loay joins the team with a clear focus on holistic water management practices, aiming to create a synergy between environmental sustainability and the diverse needs of communities.
  • Arthur B. Koon, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Coordinator: Koon’s appointment as another IWRM Coordinator reinforces the network’s dedication to implementing integrated approaches in managing water resources, ensuring a sustainable future for all.
  • Caroline Salomão, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) Coordinator: Salomão joins with a passion for sustainable water management that aligns with the network’s mission.
